Interest rates have come down by fifty basis points, which was more than many analysts predicted, but what many analysts were hoping would happen.
More big news! Alexandra Silva, from our office, called her first auction in Summer Hill and achieved a record price for the building at $688,000.
Well done, Alexandra, on a 100% success rate!
We called it a couple of weeks ago on TV, in the newspapers and in this weekly email, that we thought the market was on the move. Many agents didn’t agree with us, however now the sales results in our office have confirmed it.
From what we can see, this has been one of the best times in the last three years to sell your property and, if you are thinking of doing so, please speak to one of our agents at your earliest convenience.
With our sales in almost every paper over the last two weeks, it’s lovely to be recognised for all the hard work our team have put in. As you know, we don’t run around telling everyone how good we are but let the results speak for themselves.
James thoughts:
- Why does the stock market appear not to be going in either direction?
- Is the RBA’s rate cut just in time, or a little too late?
- Should we be looking at Australia and its real estate in a whole new light with two billion people, and massive economies, on our doorsteps looking for business?
- Has the future of the world actually taken a massive change of shape in the last six months?
I would really appreciate any feedback you can give me. Thank you.
