Patricia Shergis

Licensed Real Estate Agent and commercial property specialist Patricia Shergis has worked with Forsyths since 1994 and has been Forsyths' Commercial Manager since 2000. During this time, she has built a strong understanding of the local market in all aspects of commercial, retail and industrial sales, leasing and property management.

By handling all facets of commercial real estate, Patricia gains a complete view of each property. With the knowledge of a property's sales and rental history, she can advise on how it will perform as an investment and ensure it is managed correctly to achieve the best results for her clients. She also has excellent relationships with commercial agents across Sydney, often working in conjunction arrangements to ensure that clients have the widest possible exposure to the market to achieve the best possible financial outcome for their asset.

Patricia has lived in Northbridge since 1994, and also has a country property where she is a member of the Rural Fire Service. She is also a member of the Country Women's Association. She has language ability in Swiss German and German, and has extensive experience of working in these languages both in Australia and during the number of years when she lived overseas.
