With a passion for property, a love of working with people and more than a decade of local real estate experience, Lisa has the professional approach, knowledge and personal skills to provide our clients with top quality property advice and management services. As Business Development Manager, Lisa works with new and existing clients to ensure their investment properties are achieving maximum rental performance.  


Having worked in real estate for the past 11 years on the North Shore and Northern Beaches, Lisa has extensive knowledge of the local rental market as well as in depth understanding of the complex tenancy laws and regulations.  Prior to joining Forsyth, Lisa managed a portfolio of prestige property within the Mosman area for 6 years and before this managed the Property Management Department for a leading agency in Manly.


Over the years, Lisa has managed properties of all sizes and prices, from $300 per week units to $7000 per week luxury, all with the same high standard of care and attention to detail.  Taking properties through the whole leasing and ongoing management process, she works closely with owners, providing feedback on the local market and recommendations for upgrades or other opportunities to generate a more optimum rental return.


A North Shore resident, Lisa went to school in Chatswood and has worked consistently in Sydney’s North for the past 11 years.  Prior to moving into real estate, Lisa worked in the travel industry specialising in corporate and executive travel, where she built excellent communication and problem-solving skills. These skills have stood her in good stead in her real estate career, and she continues to gain the greatest satisfaction in matching tenants with the right properties to exceed both parties’ expectations.
