Lisa Lightfoot

With a passion for property, a love of working with people and more than 20 years of local real estate experience, Lisa has the professional approach, knowledge and personal skills to provide our clients with top quality property advice and management services. 

Having worked in real estate for the past 20 years on the North Shore and Northern Beaches, Lisa has extensive knowledge of the local rental market as well as an in depth understanding of the complex tenancy laws and regulations. Prior to joining Forsyth over nine  years ago, Lisa managed a portfolio of prestige property within the Mosman area for six years and prior to this, headed the Property Management Department for a leading agency in Manly.

Over the years, Lisa has managed properties of all sizes and prices, from $300 units to $7000 per week, luxury properties, all with the same high standard of care and attention to detail. Taking properties through the whole leasing and ongoing management process, she works closely with owners, providing feedback on the local market and recommendations for upgrades or other opportunities to generate a more optimum rental return.

A North Shore resident, Lisa went to school in Chatswood and has worked consistently in Sydney’s North Shore throughout her Real Estate career. Prior to moving into real estate, Lisa worked in the travel industry specialising in corporate and executive travel, where she built excellent communication and problem-solving skills. These skills have stood her in good stead in her Real Estate career.
