We lived here about 29 years and it's a quite unique property because it's over three levels. It's on a cliff looking over the beautiful Bardwell Valley golf course. So, it was going to be a challenge to sell it. We are downsizing in our retirement and uh couldn't look after the property sufficiently well cuz it's a lot of upkeep. Some of that information helped them tailor the subsequent marketing in such a way that it was directed towards those particular motivations. I think that was very smart of them to do it that way and I think they appealed to the buyers who were most likely to be interested in our particular strange but wonderful property. We're a bit surprised because it was more than we had expected. Yes. and they they were able to get us some extra money so we can afford to move. We don't have any worries on that account. I really I really appreciated the way they stayed in touch with us every day and let us know what was happening. So, we were really part of the process. We weren't standing back going, "Hm, I wonder what's happening." We always knew. Yes, we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell uh friends, relatives, or or neighbors. And uh without hesitation we would recommend them.
