Grace Tan

Grace Tan, a Senior Property Manager, is known for her fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and her track record of delivering positive experiences to property investors and tenants.

As a child, Grace was fascinated by how her parents managed their investment properties in China. She later worked in sales and customer service jobs in Australia and began managing her relatives' investment properties, leading to a passion for helping people with their properties. This passion inspired her to obtain a full Real Estate license and pursue a career in the industry.

Grace enjoys being productive and finds fulfilment in giving landlords a hassle-free experience and tenants a positive renting experience. She attributes her "can-do" attitude to her upbringing in China, where she learned to deal with issues as they arose. She believes that everything in work and life has a solution.

For Grace, being a good property manager involves being honest, transparent, and fair to everyone. She strives to build strong relationships with her team, landlords, and tenants to create win-win situations.

As an immigrant, Grace is proud of her achievements and her ability to adapt to a new environment and culture. Outside of work, she has a passion for fitness, weight lifting, and swimming. She also volunteers at Randwick Children's Hospital to bring joy and help children with illnesses.
