Many investors have building insurance, but what you may not be aware of is that many building and contents insurance policies may not provide cover for damage caused by tenants. A landlord insurance product can help protect against such risks. 

There are a number of insurers that can arrange cover for you immediately and their policies help ensure that you are not out of pocket if tenants default or cause damage, be it accidental or malicious damage.
